Golden Moments
Music. Memories. Connection. Celebration.
Golden Moments is a warm, inclusive celebration created by Alka Sahnan. It brings older adults and people with health or care needs together with families, carers and the wider community through live music, singalongs, shared memories, food and companionship.
We especially want to welcome people who spend much of their time at home and rarely get the chance to enjoy a community outing.
With 17 years of experience caring for older people, Alka has designed Golden Moments to be welcoming and dementia-friendly, with space to enjoy the music as well as a quiet area for anyone who needs a break.
